Peter Miller
Managing Director, BMO Capital Markets
Peter has over 30 years of investment banking experience in North America and Europe. He has been Co-Head of BMO Capital Market’s Global Equity Capital Markets since 2009 and is a member of BMO Capital Market’s I&CB Global Leadership Committee. His investment banking career began in 1994 in M&A at Burns Fry in Toronto. In 1998 he moved to London to join Citigroup’s Industrial Group. Peter returned to Canada in 2003 rejoining BMO Capital Markets in its Equity Capital Markets Group.
Peter has served charities over numerous years including on the Campaign Committee for Pathways to Education Canada, the Board of Soulpepper Theatre and the Board and Campaign Cabinet of the Scarborough Health Network.
He has a Bachelor of Science, a Bachelor of Engineering, a Masters of Business Administration and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder.
