James Arnold

James joined Burgundy in February 2017 as an Investment Analyst focusing on fixed income. In July 2018, James was appointed a Vice President of the firm and a Portfolio Manager for fixed income.
Prior to Burgundy, James spent four years as a Senior Portfolio Manager, Fixed Income Investments with Canada Post Corporation’s pension plan. Before this, he spent three years with DBRS Ltd. as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Canadian Structured Finance group. James began his career at Morningstar as a Research Analyst.
James earned an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from Wilfrid Laurier University and was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2011.
