Madison Group commits funds to Scarborough Health Network’s General hospital to support a new, state-of-the-art Diagnostic Imaging concourse
SEPTEMBER 10, 2021 (TORONTO) – Madison Group, a leading real estate development company with properties in Toronto and New York City, is delighted to announce a $225,000 donation to the Scarborough Health Network Foundation (SHN). Yesterday, leadership members from both Madison Group and Scarborough Health Network and the Foundation addressed an intimate crowd to announce this important donation.
The $225,000 donation will be going towards a new Diagnostic Imaging concourse at SHN’s General hospital which will support SHN’s initiative of continuing to provide best-in-class care across three hospitals and eight satellite sites in the community of Scarborough.
This initiative stems from Madison Group’s commitment and passion to support the communities in which they build. MILA, a new master-planned community coming soon to Midland & Lawrence, is Madison Group’s latest development to launch in Scarborough. For each home sold in this future community, Madison Group pledged a $1,000 donation on behalf of each 225 homeowners that will one day be part of the Scarborough community.

Together with the City of Toronto, Scarborough and Canada’s top design talent, planning is underway to redevelop this area as a future master-planned neighbourhood that will one day offer state-of-the-art commercial space and be home to thousands of new residents.
