Thank you for stepping up for Scarborough Hospitals!
On June 11, 2023, SHN Foundation held the first-ever SHN ZOO DAY! This inaugural event was created to help raise much-needed funds and awareness for all three of our hospitals. We welcomed community members, SHN staff, local businesses, and corporations to celebrate with us, and they showed their love for SHN in a BIG way. With smiles and positive energy filling the air, the sun came out to shine, and we had an amazing day!

From corporate teams and sponsors to community members and SHN staff, we felt the love from far and wide. The inaugural SHN ZOO DAY saw over 2,000 participants proudly wearing Love, Scarborough on their sleeves, all in support of a common goal – to raise critical funds and awareness for SHN.
Whether it was getting pumped up at Zumba, listening to the sweet sounds of the steel pans, enjoying the walk and waving at the animals, jamming out to incredible artists perform at the Love, Scarborough Festival, or indulging bites from around the world, a ROAR of a time was had by everyone.
We are still tallying up the total funds raised, but we are thrilled to share that our incredible supporters have raised close to $450,000!
